Meet Dr. Hausmann
Dr. Michael Hausmann
Heartland Optical Optometrist
Dr. Michael Hausmann (Mike) grew up in Sidney, Nebraska. He received the degree of Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and received his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis Tennessee. Dr. Hausmann is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Nebraska Optometric Association. He is a also a member of the Lincoln Bethany Lions Club and regularly volunteers at Clinic with a Heart in Lincoln.
Mike is passionate about patient care. He prides himself on being a doctor that you can relate and talk to. His Nebraska roots helped shape him into the person he is today. In his spare time he enjoys riding his bike, yard work, and going to concerts. Mike and his wife Alicia had their first child, Ella, on July 1, 2011.
